Well-established real estate investment firm with a $10B+ national portfolio is seeking a Senior Property Accountant to be responsible for a portfolio of mixed-use properties.

Hours: 9-5

WFH on Fridays

Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial statements on an accrual basis for multifamily and mixed-use properties
• Prepare monthly workpapers and reporting packages
• Interface with investors and lenders
• Maintain cash forecast model and monitor cash flow
• Assist in budget preparation and review
• Assist in year-end audit process

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field
• Audit and/or accounting experience in real estate
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong computer skills including Excel
• Knowledge of Yardi, MRI or similar software is preferred
