Senior Property Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise on-site staff and an Assistant Property Manager.
  • Develop and enforce operational policies to ensure team efficiency and compliance.
  • Oversee leasing, occupancy management, move-ins, vacates, and unit turnover.
  • Manage LIHTC and Section 8 compliance, regulatory requirements, and tenant relations.
  • Oversee payroll, PTO tracking, vendor procurement, and budget adherence.
  • Address legal and compliance matters, including tenant arrears, violations, and insurance.
  • Coordinate with contractors for construction, relocation, and capital projects.
  • Lead property inspections, resident communications, and incident reporting.
  • Collaborate with social services, community affairs, and stakeholders to support resident initiatives.
  • Oversee CAM charges, budget preparation, AR/AP, and monthly reporting.
  • Ensure staff training and performance alignment with organizational goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or 5+ years of affordable property management experience
