Position Summary

Lead the finance function for a manufacturing site by partnering with plant leadership to drive financial performance, operational decision-making, and long-term growth. This role provides strategic support through budgeting, forecasting, costing, variance analysis, and strong financial controls while promoting continuous improvement across site operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with plant leadership on financial strategy and performance
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting
• Manage product costing, inventory, standard costs, and working capital
• Maintain strong internal controls, audit support, and governance compliance
• Provide financial modeling and decision support for operational and capital initiatives
• Improve financial processes, reporting visibility, and data accuracy
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, supply chain, and leadership teams
• Promote financial awareness around cost drivers, margins, and profitability

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of manufacturing or plant finance experience
• Strong costing, inventory, forecasting, and controls background
• ERP experience required (JDE or similar preferred)
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
