Our client is looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager. You will play a critical role in maintaining and optimizing various software platforms. You will also manage a Yardi Administrator, as well as software customizations, stay updated on industry trends related to PropTech or other emerging real estate technologies, and provide technical support to resolve escalated service tickets.

Responsibilities:

• Perform complex system and business process reviews to identify inefficiencies and make recommendations for productivity gains
• Provide recommendations to leadership regarding ancillary products and services aligned with business needs and goals
• Establish, monitor, and support integrations between Yardi and various ancillary products to ensure a seamless experience
• Manage the Yardi Administrator and collaborate as a team
• Maintain and manage the company’s Yardi system to support Property Management, Accounting, Asset Management, and other functions
• Provide support for monthly end-of-month process and annual budgeting process in Yardi
• Develop and provide training programs specific to the Yardi suite
• Train employees and provide support for escalated technical issues
• Research, analyze, and resolve software functionality and reporting problems
• Perform data mapping, conversions, and provide other support aligned with successful software deployment.
• Determine and document solutions and best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 6+ years of experience in software or business process consulting, or equivalent experience within an organization
• 5+ years of real estate experience
• Familiarity with the full suite of Yardi products and associated third-party integrations
• Working understanding of database concepts, SQL querying, and custom report design
