We are seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent to lead commercial construction projects across the United States. This role supports projects in TX, GA, FL, IL, IN, OH, and other locations nationwide.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee day-to-day field operations from project start through closeout
• Manage schedules, subcontractors, site logistics, and safety compliance
• Coordinate with Project Managers, owners, architects, and inspectors
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards
• Maintain strong documentation, reporting, and communication across teams
• Enforce safety programs and lead by example on all job sites

Project Experience We’re Looking For

Candidates should have experience in one or more of the following:

• Commercial construction
• Mission critical facilities
• Data centers
• Distribution / logistics centers
• Industrial or large-scale complex builds

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial projects
• Proven experience managing large, fast-paced, or technically complex builds
• Ability and willingness to travel extensively across the U.S.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Solid understanding of construction means, methods, and safety standards
