A nationally recognized plaintiff-side litigation firm focused on labor law, employee benefits, and constitutional and civil rights cases is seeking an experienced Trial Attorney (Of Counsel) to join its growing practice.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as lead attorney in all phases of federal litigation, including:
• Discovery
• Depositions
• Motion practice
• Trial
• Manage an active litigation docket from inception through resolution
• Collaborate with a team of attorneys on case strategy and execution
• Maintain direct client communication and foster strong client relationships

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 5+ years of litigation experience
• Strong background in federal court practice
