We are working exclusively with a global real estate investment firm that has over $10 billion in assets. This role will help oversee East Coast acquisitions with a focus on industrial properties.

Responsibilities:

• Source and manage industrial transactions from inception to closing
• Perform market research for potential real estate acquisitions
• Assist in the drafting and preparation of detailed investment memoranda
• Follow up on all leads and requests for information
• Assess comparables, property value, and condition through research, outreach, data, site walks, and market trends
• Manage due diligence process and assist in the disposition process
• Develop relationships with potential joint venture partners, developers, or brokers for acquisitions
• Physically inspect properties for possible acquisitions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field
• 8-10+ years of experience in Real Estate Acquisitions with a focus on industrial assets
• Experience with deal sourcing is required
• Proficiency with Argus, Excel, and financial modeling
• Ability to collaborate effectively with both peers and senior executives in a team-oriented environment
• Willing to travel extensively
