Our client, a $20 billion real estate investment firm, is seeking a VP of Acquisitions to join the team.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading the team through acquisitions initiatives (such as due diligence, underwriting, and close).
• Preparing materials such as investment memorandums, presentations, and proposals and presenting findings to the executive leadership team.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to implement strategies across the organization.
• Developing long-term strategies to maximize returns and increase efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field OR equivalent professional experience
• 15+ years of experience in a financial environment (real estate, banking, etc)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience creating models using concepts such as WACC, IRR, NPV, and ROI
