We are seeking a Yardi Consultant to join our client’s team on a contract basis. As a consultant, you will provide expert guidance and support in implementing and optimizing Yardi software for our client. You will be working on getting a property up and running on their Yardi system.Responsibilities:

• Assess needs and recommend appropriate Yardi software modules and configurations.
• Lead and execute Yardi software implementation projects, adhering to project timelines and budgets.
• Conduct data migration, system configuration, and integration tasks.
• Provide comprehensive training and support to users, ensuring successful adoption of Yardi software.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during the implementation process.

Qualifications:

• Understanding of Yardi software and its various modules (e.g., Voyager, RentCafé, Commercial Café). Experience as a consultant preferred.
• Strong knowledge of property management and real estate industry processes.

Contract Details:

• Duration: 3+ months, can be extended.
• Schedule: Full-time, will drop down to part-time.
• Location: In office, Manhattan
