My client, one of the largest developers/managers of Affordable Housing in NYC, has a search for a Yardi Specialist. This individual will lead company-wide Yardi projects, with the key goal of unleashing the power of Yardi to drive performance.

**This opportunity is open to individuals who are property managers OR property accountants who have a good understanding of Yardi. Project management training will be provided.**

Responsibilities:

• Create and lead any Yardi initiatives/projects; this includes scope of project, ensuring timelines are met, and ultimately, completion of projects.
• Work alongside the Database Administrator to suggest improvements to Yardi to increase performance and efficiency.
• Drive user adoption of Yardi software within organization through creation of training tools/mentorship

Requirements:

• 3+ years of Yardi experience (property accounting or property management preferred)
• Reporting skills a plus
• Remote Flexibility
