Our client, a commercial real estate owner/developer, is seeking a Manager, Investments to join their Investments team. The ideal candidate will identify, evaluate, and execute investment opportunities. This role requires strong financial modeling, market research, and negotiation skills to drive strategic acquisitions aligned with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and underwrite potential investment opportunities.
• Conduct market analysis and due diligence on prospective assets.
• Develop financial models and present acquisition recommendations.

Qualifications:
