The Senior FP&A Manager will serve as a key strategic partner to the executive team in a high-powered individual contributor capacity, driving financial strategy that directly impacts the firm’s growth trajectory and market leadership position. This role transcends traditional FP&A functions—you’ll be architecting the financial infrastructure that enables our next phase of expansion while preserving our industry-leading efficiency metrics.
Key Responsibilities
- Always On Forecasting & Modeling
- Serve as the financial co-pilot to the CEO, CFO, and executive team, providing the analytical firepower behind consequential decisions
- Design and implement a next-gen tech focused FP&A function that scales with our hypergrowth while maintaining efficiency
- Build and optimize the 13 week rolling cash-flow model, advising the CFO on recommendations around revolver draws, debt paybacks, and managing the peaks and. valleys of cash seasonality Budgeting & Planning
- Architect our annual operating plan
- Drive the budgeting process down to departmental leaders to drive greater P&L accountability across the organization
- Translate strategy into driver-based models that align resources to revenue
- Directly influence capital allocation decisions through scenario modeling and investment prioritization frameworks Decision Support for Growth Bets
- Build scenario and payback models for GTM and infrastructure investments
- Guide the Exec Team and the Board in assessing the trade-offs between growth and EBITDA in the Rule-of-80 framework
- Guide prioritization of infrastructure/non-revenue driving investments based on overall business impact M&A & Strategic Finance
- Lead financial modeling, diligence support, and synergy tracking for aggressive acquisition strategy
- Pressure test target business cases and integration roadmaps
- Support the broader finance team in acquisition integration Executive & Board Storytelling
- Distill complex findings into crisp narratives for weekly exec dashboards, monthly management reviews, and quarterly board packs
- Surface pattern recognition insights that shape how the business evolves
- Become the in-house guru on all existing and new KPIs

Experience & Qualifications
- 7+ years in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, or PE-backed operating roles.
- Exceptional mastery of Excel.
- End-to-end ownership of budgeting, forecasting, and three-statement modeling for a high-growth, multi-entity business.
- Hands on M&A exposure is a bonus
- Knowledge of how to effectively integrate AI tools/applications into financial workflows
- Experience integrating data from disparate sources to drive actionable financial and operational metrics and translating those metrics to operational leaders and investors
- Strong attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast growing environment
