Senior Auditor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Audit Associate who will lead audit engagements, supervise junior staff, and ensure high-quality audit results that comply with professional standards and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, lead, and execute audit engagements in accordance with GAAS and firm standards for clients across various industries.
  • Perform risk assessments, develop audit strategies, and determine appropriate testing procedures.
  • Review workpapers and financial statements prepared by junior staff for accuracy and compliance.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client communication during fieldwork and throughout the engagement.
  • Identify and communicate accounting, auditing, and internal control issues to clients and recommend practical solutions.
  • Manage multiple client engagements and timelines effectively while maintaining high quality.
  • Assist with staff training, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
  • Stay updated on new accounting pronouncements (e.g., GAAP, IFRS) and auditing standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or related field.
  • CPA license (or in progress).
  • 3–5 years of experience in public accounting, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP, GAAS, and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in audit software (e.g., CCH, CaseWare, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel to client sites as required.
