Our client, a real estate investor/developer, and they are looking for an Executive/Personal Assistant to support the CEO. The ideal candidate should be well-organized and be comfortable scheduling meetings and appointments for the executive. Responsibilities will be a hybrid of executive and personal assistant role.

Responsibilities

  • Calendar management for executives
  • Aid executive in preparing for meetings
  • Arranging domestic and international travel
  • Booking personal appointments

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-8 years of Executive/Personal Assistant experience
  • Real Estate or relevant industry experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
