We never want to be remembered as a recruiting firm that overwhelms companies with large quantities of resumes. Our goal is to gain an in-depth understanding of each client’s culture, hiring needs and expectations, therefore allowing us to effectively screen candidates and present only the strongest applicants for a given role. Our aim is to present only 3-5 highly qualified professionals, therefore making the interview process as efficient as possible for our clients.

Who We Are
Founded in 2015, we are based in Midtown Manhattan and provide both permanent (retained and contingency) and temporary solutions in the New York Metro Area and other major cities in the United States. We partner with startups, large public companies, and everything in between.
