Our client, a commercial real estate firm with a 5M square ft national portfolio, is looking for an Acquisitions Associate to join the team.
Responsibilities:
- Source and evaluate potential acquisitions
- Conduct market research and due diligence
- Perform financial analysis
- Engage in cold calling and networking to find off-market opportunities
- Build relationships with owners and brokers
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field
- 0-2 years of experience in real estate acquisitions
- Strong cold calling and networking skills with an eagerness to develop those abilities
