Our client, a global real estate investment firm with over $25 Billion in AUM, is looking for an Acquisitions Associate to join their team in LA.

Responsibilities:

• Develop financial models (IRR analysis, waterfall structures, and discounted cash flows), manage due diligence, and source deals for a variety of asset classes
• Present strategy and findings to upper management and board members
• Develop and maintain strong external relationships to support deal flow and funding
• Assist the Asset Management team with portfolio integration

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in real estate, finance or related field
• 3-6+ years of experience in real estate acquisitions
• Proficient in Argus and Excel
