Our client, a $10B+ real estate investment firm, is seeking a Capital Markets Director to join the team.

Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing execution of financial transactions including coordination with key external/internal partners
• Creating and maintaining financial models including loan structuring, sensitivity analysis, and liquidity/interest forecasting
• Assisting with the preparation of monthly and quarterly reporting materials and presentation of board materials/dashboards
• Helping with ongoing strategic initiatives including M&A and global company expansion

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
• 7+ years of professional experience in corporate & investment banking or capital markets
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical and financial modeling abilities including building comprehensive models with integrated income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement
• Real estate experience preferred
