Responsibilities:

• Manage the planning, scheduling, and execution of construction projects from start to finish
• Develop and implement project budgets and schedules
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
• Inspect work to ensure that it meets quality standards
• Resolve project issues and problems
• Maintain project records and documentation

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager
• Proficiency with project management / scheduling software
• Knowledge of construction building codes in Florida
• Experience managing large scale Educational and Commercial projects
• Strong organizational skills
