Our client, a real estate investment firm, is looking for a Development Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all phases of real estate development projects, including due diligence, financing, budgeting, and construction
• Prepare and analyze budgets, business plans, and financial models for new developments
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and general contractors to ensure design and construction meet project specifications
• Monitor project timelines and budgets, proactively addressing any issues
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and risks that may impact development
• Implement and promote sustainable development initiatives, including green building certifications
• Prepare reports on project status, performance metrics, and financial outcomes for upper management
• Foster relationships with government agencies, community stakeholders, and industry professionals to support project approvals and community engagement
• Mentor and support junior team members
• Stay informed about industry regulations, zoning laws, and economic trends to ensure compliance and strategic alignment

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in real estate, finance or related field
• 7-10+ years of experience in real estate development
