Business Development: Proactively source new clients, managing the entire sales process independently, including contract negotiations

Account Management: Communicate directly with clients to manage the process on any given role, from kick-off to signed offer

Recruitment: Source, interview, present, schedule and negotiate offers with talent

Management: Manage recruiters on specific jobs from end to end, offering training and development for your team


-2+ years of recruitment or business development experience required, experience within staffing preferred

-Proven business development and client management experience, with an established track record of developing relationships with new clients.

-Ability to source and match candidates to positions

-Strong verbal / written communication skills

-An individual who enjoys working with people and making a difference
