Our client, an owner/investor in PA, is looking for a Head of Asset Management to lead their Asset Management team. This lead will work on a portfolio that spans across 20+ states, valued at $1bn+ aum. This firm is well established and prides themselves on strategic investments and great culture.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic asset management plans to maximize the performance of the student housing portfolio.
• Collaborate with property management teams to ensure that properties are well-maintained and that tenant satisfaction is high.
• Analyze market trends and competition to identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost savings.
• Monitor and report on the financial performance of the portfolio, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Work closely with acquisitions and development teams to evaluate new investment opportunities and asset enhancement strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in asset management, with a focus on student housing or multifamily real estate.
• Strong financial acumen and analytical skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation.
• Proven leadership abilities, with experience managing a team.
• Knowledge of the student housing market and trends.
