Our client, a real estate firm, is seeking an IT Help Desk Support/Admin to provide Tier 1 technical support and administrative assistance for the IT department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide remote and on-site Tier 1 technical support, resolving end-user issues and escalating as needed.
- Assist with Microsoft 365 support and training, helping users navigate SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
- Document troubleshooting steps and contribute to a knowledge base for common IT issues.
- Support IT department operations, including vendor coordination, asset inventory, and invoice processing.
- Manage general administrative tasks, such as scheduling, call routing, and office supply management.
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of IT support experience (service desk or technical role preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft 365 applications.
- White Glove service experience preferred
- 4x a week in office (Manhattan)
