Our client, a real estate firm, is seeking an IT Help Desk Support/Admin to provide Tier 1 technical support and administrative assistance for the IT department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide remote and on-site Tier 1 technical support, resolving end-user issues and escalating as needed.
  • Assist with Microsoft 365 support and training, helping users navigate SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
  • Document troubleshooting steps and contribute to a knowledge base for common IT issues.
  • Support IT department operations, including vendor coordination, asset inventory, and invoice processing.
  • Manage general administrative tasks, such as scheduling, call routing, and office supply management.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of IT support experience (service desk or technical role preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft 365 applications.
  • White Glove service experience preferred
  • 4x a week in office (Manhattan)
