Our client is a Florida general contractor focusing primarily on ground-up commercial construction, including but not limited to retail, self-storage, medical, and education projects. They have a strong pipeline of projects throughout the state and are looking for a Project Manager to help support these projects.

Responsibilities

• Establishing project objectives, scope, and deliverables
• Planning, coordinating, and managing all phases, including project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout.
• Procuring and allocating resources
• Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project’s progress
• Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them

Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction experience
• Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills
• Building rapport and creating a team environment
• Strong knowledge of construction, building codes, and safety regulations
• Proficiency in construction management software, project scheduling tools, and cost estimation software
