A well-established general contractor clients in the Indianapolis area is currently looking to bring on an experienced Project Manager to join their team. They’re seeking professionals with a background in commercial or multifamily construction.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage construction projects from start to finish
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and resource allocation
• Lead and coordinate teams, subcontractors, and vendors
• Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and risk mitigation
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Ideally 4+ years of construction experience preferably in commercial or multifamily
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and project management practices
• Proven leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
