Our client is a very well-established real estate owner/manager in Manhattan. They are seeking an Office Manager/Front-Desk Receptionist to add to their team. This company is very stable and has a friendly and professional work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and office support for the executives of a well-established NYC real estate firm
- Greet visitors when they arrive and show them to the appropriate room
- Order office supplies, assist with copy/print orders, conference room setup up and pantry inventory
- Oversee administrative functions such as booking conference rooms and assisting callers with inquires
- Answer phones and communicate in a polite and professional manner
- Accept mail and deliveries and send FedEx packages for executives
Requirements:
- Experience in reception, office management, administrative work, or something comp
- General computer/internet knowledge
