The ideal candidate will have substantial exposure to monthly closing processes, forecasting and budgeting, inventory, etc. They will be organized and approach each issue with an analytical mindset.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing various accounting aspects, managing data to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
• Possess a strong background in accounting principles, financial analysis, and data analytics, with a
• Assist the Controller in month-end closing activites, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial statements and reports under the guidance of the Controller.
• Collaborate with the Controller and cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and variances.
• Analyze inventory pricing and cost structures.
• Develop strategies to optimize inventory pricing and cost management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in accounting, financial analysis, or related field.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with financial software systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
