We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage financial operations, inventory accounting, and month-end reporting for our growing retail CPG business.

Key Responsibilities

• General Ledger & Close: Own the month-end close process, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
• Imports and consumer products experience required.
• Compliance: Assist with audits and ensure accurate tax/sales tax compliance across jurisdictions.
• Process Improvement: Enhance accounting workflows and internal controls.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2+ years in accounting, ideally within Retail or CPG.
• Technical: Expert proficiency in Excel and experience with an ERP system (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks).
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred).
• Skills: Strong understanding of GAAP and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
