Our client, a $10B+ real estate investment firm, is seeking a Senior Capital Markets Manager to join the team.

Responsibilities include:

• Executing financial transactions including coordination with key external/internal partners
• Creating and maintaining long-term liquidity forecasting model
• Assisting with due diligence and supporting investor relations
• Helping with ongoing strategic initiatives including financial strategy for the company

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
• 5+ years of professional experience in corporate & investment banking or capital markets
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical and financial modeling abilities including building comprehensive models with integrated financial statements
• Real estate experience preferred
