About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Corporate Interiors Superintendent to lead commercial interior construction projects throughout the Country. This role is responsible for overseeing daily field operations, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining project schedules, and ensuring all work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in corporate office interiors, tenant improvement (TI) projects, and fast-paced commercial construction environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day onsite construction activities for corporate interiors and TI projects
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel
  • Maintain project schedules and ensure milestone deadlines are achieved
  • Conduct site safety meetings and enforce OSHA compliance standards
  • Review construction drawings, specifications, and RFIs
  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers, architects, engineers, and clients
  • Monitor quality control and ensure workmanship meets company standards
  • Track inspections, punch lists, and project closeout activities
  • Identify and proactively resolve field issues and scheduling conflicts
  • Maintain accurate daily reports and site documentation

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial interiors or tenant improvement construction
  • Strong knowledge of commercial construction methods and sequencing
  • Experience managing occupied renovations and fast-track schedules preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or MS Project
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; construction-related degree is a plus
