Cold calling was still popular when I started my recruiting career in 2002. One of my very first recruits was an exceptional leader who hadn’t taken a single interview during his 10-year tenure at his company. After I found him a job, a colleague asked him, “With dozens of recruiters calling you, why would you choose to work with a kid with no experience?” His response never escaped me: “He just seemed genuine.”

I founded Genuine Search Group with a core principle: focus on the long-term by providing a great service, not by counting sales. I’m proud of what we’ve accomplished by keeping care and transparency at the forefront of our work in order to find great matches for both employers and job seekers.
